Access Supply Chain recognised for its outstanding commitment to customer service in top industry award win

Huddersfield-based software developer Access Supply Chain has been recognised for its outstanding commitment to customer service, playing a significant role in helping sister company, Access Accounting, win a top industry award. Part of the Access Technology Group, Access Accounting was voted ‘Financial Software Provider of the Year’ by its customers at the recent Real FD/CBI FDs’ Excellence Awards, held in London. The company beat off competition from 11 other providers including SAP, Microsoft, Sage, Exchequer and Pegasus.
Craig Such, managing director for Access Supply Chain (pictured left) and Tony Barrow, sales director for Access Accounting, celebrate winning the ‘Financial Software Provider of the Year’ award.Real FD, a leading magazine for the accounting industry, invited financial directors to rate their satisfaction with the quality of their core financials system and the level of support provided by the vendor. Access Accounting was praised by FDs for the software’s ease of use and flexibility as well as the quality of the customer support delivered by its reseller partners. Larger clients highlighted the professionalism of the implementation process, with the publication proclaiming Access Accounting to be an all-round winner. The software house was also highly commended last year, when once again it was praised for its superior level of customer care.
